**This return policy only applies to purchases made online at www.golftraders.ca and any in store purchases made at one
of our retail locations are subject to their own return policy as posted in store.**


Golf Traders reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee to the returned item(s) if the
item(s) is not returned in the same condition and packaging that it was sold in. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied at our discretion.

condition and the delay of the return.

  • Pre-owned golf clubs

Any purchased golf club that is not listed under the condition “New” within
10 days of receipt. (You pay the shipping back or drop off at one of
our stores)

  • Brand new golf clubs

Any purchased golf club that is listed under the condition “New” within 10
days of receipt. If it has been removed from its original packaging, or
been played a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied at our
discretion.

How to make a return

To get a return authorization and instructions please contact us as soon as possible
All Returns are at the discretion of Golf Traders


Unless the return is initiated due to an error caused by Golf Traders, a
defective product or an item purchased with a promotion such as Free
Shipping, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees
and insurance. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number when
shipping a return.
